Refund & Cancellation Policy

Donations to Madha TV are voluntary gifts and are non-refundable. No goods or services are delivered in return for a donation.

Errors and duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once, donated an amount you did not intend to, or money was deducted but the donation shows as failed, contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your Order ID. We will verify it with the payment gateway and, where the error is confirmed, refund the amount to the original payment method.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days. The time the amount takes to reach your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any point before completing payment on the CCAvenue page; nothing is charged. A completed donation cannot be cancelled.
